See what is in the yard
Review recorded stock, active loads and material weights, with the load records behind them.
Stock tracking. Yard operations. One record.
Stock tracking and yard software that records every load. Forge keeps who it belongs to, what it weighs and what it is worth together with customer, price, material and recorded payment details. Find a past load, check a weight or price dispute, and see the stock recorded at your yard.
From physical stock to a load you can look up. Illustrative figures.
The paperwork in the office. The stock outside. The people and payments behind each load. Bring the details together, so everyone can work from the same record.
Illustration of Forge’s connected-record approach. Banking connections and automated reconciliation are planned; the payment references shown here do not imply a live bank feed.
Illustrative workflow and figures. Not live yard data or a statement of settlement.
Record the customer and material against the load, so you know who brought it in and what is on the yard.
From gross and tare to net weight. Keep the measurement connected to the load it belongs to.
The stock moves on. The record stays with you. Keep the customer, material, weight and price on the ticket, ready to find and check when a question comes back.
Record each load as it arrives. Keep its customer, material, weight and value together, then follow the recorded stock and what happened to the load next. So the people moving metal can work faster and everything stays on track.

Follow a load from the scheduled job to its weighbridge details and completed ticket. Keep the customer, agreed terms, weight and recorded value connected. When there is a question, start with the load record.
Keep the details together as work moves from booking and pricing to collection, weighing and a completed ticket.
Forge is being developed with working metal yards to support the shift towards digital records. Our reporting work starts with the details collected at onboarding and at the weighbridge, with the required exports next.

Read the EPA proposal and programme ↗Required data capture and official-template exports are being built and verified in phases. Availability depends on the reporting route, site and waste stream. Forge is not claiming Defra certification, completed submission integrations or compliance across these jurisdictions.
